Benson Built can work with you, and your architect or draftsperson, to create a beautiful home that meets your needs. We respect heritage homes and appreciate fine details when renovating.

Bathrooms and kitchens

Benson Built can refresh your bathroom or kitchen with modern touches or assist you to completely redesign the space. We can provide advice on storage options and the best materials and finishes for your budget. Waterproofing is key to long-lasting bathrooms and, along with being certified to work with Wedi waterproofing board, we flood test all wet areas before tiling. We work with a network of reliable trades built over years in the industry.

Extensions

If you’ve outgrown your home and want to extend, Benson Built can help you. Whether it’s a new guest bedroom/study or additional rumpus room for the kids, we work collaboratively with you to create new spaces your family enjoys. We pay attention to integration of new and old, ensuring your extension fits with the original home.

Outdoor living

Transform your outdoor space with a deck, pergola, BBQ area, retaining walls or pool surrounds. The Benson Built team is experienced working with composite/eco materials and using special non-destructive digging methods to protect tree roots during excavation. We can assist you with the permit process and work with your landscaper. If your existing structures need repairing, we can inspect and advise on the best way to meet your needs.
