Benson Built is a residential building company operating across Melbourne, particularly in the northeast and east. Our renovations, extensions, bathrooms and kitchens, and outdoor entertaining projects create beautiful homes for families to grow in.
We are committed to delivering great customer service and our clients remain our focus. Each client has a direct and regular line of communication with the registered builder who is working onsite to complete the job. We work with a pool of trusted and reliable contractors to deliver premium quality work our clients are proud to share with friends and family.
Sustainable construction
The Benson Built team is aware of the impact the construction industry has on the planet and is committed to minimising its own impact. When sourcing materials, we work with smaller, local suppliers where possible and prioritises those who source sustainable materials.
Benson Built is largely paperless and we encourage our contractors to embrace technological solutions over paper.

Dale Benson
REGISTERED BUILDER
Dale is a registered builder and HIA member with more than 15 years’ experience in the construction industry. He is a qualified carpenter with a Certificate III in Carpentry and Certificate IV in Building and Construction. Throughout his career, Dale has had experience in sheet metal roofing, tiling and landscaping, and is certified to work with Wedi waterproofing board. Prior to launching Benson Built, he worked in high-end residential construction, delivering on multi-million-dollar homes as site supervisor/project manager.

Archie
SITE DOG
Available on request, Archie the site dog always comes to work with a smile and wagging tail. The four-legged labourer is happy to be put to work digging holes, gathering sticks and encouraging regular rest breaks. Archie gets along with other dogs and loves the company of children.
